Description

Napoleon III gold 100 Francs 1865-A MS63 PCGS, Paris mint, KM802.1, Gad-1136. Mintage: 1,517. Both an absolute and conditional rarity from one of France's most collected series, witnessed here as a veritable Choice Mint State example from the lowest mintage date of Parisian origin. Near-Prooflike appearances abound, with shocking reflectivity elevating cameo-like devices throughout. The reverse faces up especially fine and certainly worthy of advanced consideration.
