Philippe VI de Valois gold Pavillion d'or ND (1328-50), emission June 8, 1339, King seated under draped pavilion/Floriated cross in quadrilobe, F-266, Dup-251, Ciani-270, 4.77 gm, lustrous UNC, nearly Choice. Very scarce, especially so in this condition. Ex. Galerie des Monnaies, New Orleans, July 25-26 1981, lot 1551.
