Description
MS66 Full Bell Lines 1950-D Half, One of the Finest Certified at PCGS
1950-D 50C MS66 Full Bell Lines PCGS. Tomaska (2002) notes that the '50-D is a rare issue in MS66 Full Bell Lines that enjoys considerable demand from top quality Franklin Half specialists. While most of the few survivors that have received this designation from PCGS are extensively toned, the coin in this lot is brilliant save for the lightest silver tinting. There are no singularly distracting bagmarks, and the fully frosted features are uncommonly well impressed for the issue. Population: 11 in 66 Full Bell Lines, there are none finer (1/03).Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 24SX, PCGS# 86657, Greysheet# 6827)
Weight: 12.50 grams
