Description
Superb Gem 1951-S Franklin Half
Rare Full Bell Lines Example
1951-S 50C MS67 Full Bell Lines PCGS. The 1951-S Franklin
half dollar is a scarce issue in high grade and examples in MS67
condition are very rare..Most examples seen are softly struck, and
few are encountered with the Full Bell Lines designation. This
delightful Superb Gem is among the finest known survivors, with
sharply detailed obverse devices and Full Bell Lines on the
reverse. Some slight softness shows on the center of the bell, but
the lines at the bottom are complete. Both sides display attractive
shades of green, lavender, and champagne-gold toning, with vibrant
frosty mint luster underneath. Close inspection reveals no
mentionable distractions on either side. Population: 1 in 67 Full
