1960 50C MS66 Full Bell Lines PCGS. The shimmering obverse displays toning throughout in vibrant shades of yellow, red, fuchsia, green, and orange. Although not as pronounced on the reverse, toning is present throughout. Several areas of reed marks appear in Franklin's hair and a couple of small marks are present to the left of the eye.
