Splendid Cameo Example
1951 50C PR67 Cameo PCGS. A thin band of reddish-gold toning
surrounds the obverse of this otherwise brilliant-white,
well-contrasted Superb Gem proof. Deep, watery-smooth mirrors
ripple with reflectivity and provide extra contrast with the
sharply struck, frosted motifs. Splendid eye appeal sets this proof
apart from the other Superb Gems at PCGS. Just one Plus-graded
example is finer. Population: 30 in 67 (1 in 67+) Cameo, 0 finer
