    Description

German Colony - Wilhlem II 2 Rupien 1893 MS63 NGC, Berlin mint, KM5. A remarkable selection from start to finish with absolutely stunning silvery tone and an endless amount of original mint bloom. The design elements are incredibly crisp due to an exacting strike, so much so that their frosty appearance plays nicely off the surrounding semi-prooflike fields. If not for a few, stray obverse marks, this piece would surely grade finer. Even so, this is one of those offerings that is worthy of a higher distinction.
