    Westphalia Notgeld 1 Billion Mark 1923 MS63 PCGS, J-N28, Funck-645.14. 60mm. Struck in "neusilber," a mixture of copper, nickel, and zinc that actually contained no silver. The largest denomination of post-WWI hyperinflationary Germany, and the final year before the Rentenmark was introduced and brought about an end to that inflation.
