Description

Reuss-Ebersdorf. Heinrich XXIV Taler 1766-ICK MS65+ NGC, KM21, Dav-2642. Mintage: 4,800. Two-year type. NGC's "top pop," a stormy Gem brimming with underlying flash. A variative slate patina seems to obscure the devices until the piece is viewed at the perfect angle, whereupon fully defined motifs emerge from the shadows, along with sparks of lime green and teal tone.
