FRID AVGVSTVS D G D S I C M A & W EL Armored bust of Friedrich August I facing right // SEQVVNTVR FVLMINA FVLGVR Dragon being struck by lightning. Boasting vivid imagery, with lightning called down from the cloud and striking a well-engraved dragon, embellished by a pleasing flash and peripheral tone that fully elevates the piece at hand. A treat for the German Medal collector.
