Saxony. Johann Georg II "Vicariat" 2 Taler 1657-acorn MS63 PCGS, Dresden mint, KM460, Dav-LS398 (Dav-7629), Merseburger-1149, Constantin Rothe as mintmaster. A coveted type specimen in any designation let alone veritably Choice Mint State. An especially large flan hosts needle-sharp devices resulting in near-medallic features that project boldly towards the viewer. Gentle cabinet tones envelop the piece in its entirety which is only truly appreciable in comparable Mint State designations.Metal: Silver
