Empire nickel Pattern 1/2 Mark 19-- (E), type of KM17, Specimen 65 PCGS, noted as Ni(ckel) on the holder, but could also be silver. Standard design features with only the first two digits of the date (19). Very rare, unlisted in the SCWC.
