Description
ANACS 1850-O Ungraded, Damaged. Our in-house grading gives the coin a VF 20 rating. There are several planchet flakes on each side and it appears someone tried to smooth one of them at the top of the reverse, which is the cause of the aforementioned damage. There is a V-shaped mark that covers the right side of the mintmark. Despite the surface problems, still a rare Type One gold dollar.
