Description
1851-D Gold Dollar, MS62
Scarce in Mint State
1851-D G$1 MS62 PCGS. Variety 3-E. A late die state, with
heavy clash marks on the reverse and a radial die crack from the
rim at 3:30 on the same side. Although not nearly as plentiful as

Mint State representative from the Georgia facility. This piece is
sharply struck, with satiny green-gold luster. No major abrasions
are observed upon close examination. Population: 14 in 62, 7 finer
