Gem 1851 Gold Dollar
1851 G$1 MS65 NGC. This frosty Gem has bright lemon-yellow luster with a hint of green. The design elements are sharp, and the surfaces are pristine. A short die crack crosses Liberty's hair below the coronet, down across the cheek, reaching the jaw. The reverse has a few darker toning splashes.(Registry values: N2998)Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 25BK, PCGS# 7513, Greysheet# 8011)
