1851 G$1 MS66 PCGS. CAC. A lustrous green-gold Premium Gem of this available Type One issue. The hair near the ear is well defined though just shy of complete. Peripheral details are sharp except for the two stars near the bust tip. Though Type Three dates are regularly seen in high grades, the 1851 is rare at the lofty MS66 level.
