Description

Attractive Gem 1852 Gold Dollar

1852 G$1 MS65 PCGS. Deep rose-orange color in the margins yields to sun-gold patina in the centers. A couple of wispy luster grazes are nearly imperceptible to the unaided eye. Flashy luster complements the sharply struck details. This piece is a superior example of a Type One gold dollar. Population: 38 in 65, 20 finer (8/09).(Registry values: N2998)
