Not Sold Description
1853 G$1 MS 62 NGC. A readily affordable representation of the Type One gold dollar, this specimen carries numerous scattered abrasions that mask the modest reflectivity of its fields. Nicely struck throughout, the surfaces display appealing yellow-gold coloration. A small planchet flaw in the obverse field before Liberty's mouth is also worthy of attention.
