1853-O G$1 MS62 PCGS. CAC. Numerous gold dollars and other gold coins were minted at New Orleans in 1853, thanks to the large influx of gold from California. This sharply detailed piece has lustrous yellow surfaces with frosty mint brilliance and some dusky patina.(Registry values: N1793)
