    1854-D G$1 -- Scratched -- ANACS. AU50 Details. All 2,935 gold dollars struck at Dahlonega in 1854 were of the Type One variety. This reddish-gold key date representative is pleasing despite the pinscratch in the left obverse field near star 5. Perhaps 100 to 125 examples of this very scarce Georgia gold issue survive.
