Popular 1855-O Gold Dollar, AU58
1855-O G$1 AU58 NGC. The 1855-O is the only Type Two Indian Head issue from the New Orleans Mint. It is also the last O-mint gold dollar, which fuels the popularity of this issue. Attractive carrot-orange patina drapes the surfaces and is enhanced by shimmering luster in the fields. The details are sharply defined, and only minor abrasions are scattered throughout.
