1856 G$1 Slanted 5 MS66+ PCGS. CAC. The final iteration of the gold dollar, the Type Three Large Head Indian Princess design, was introduced in 1856. Slanted 5 examples are more available than the Upright 5 coins. Moreover, they represent one of the most collectible dates of the type. Glistening mint frost and appealing butter-gold color grace this phenomenally preserved Premium Gem. Each side features bold devices with a few alloy spots and die clash marks.
