    1859 Gold Dollar, MS66
    Vibrant Blond-Gold Color

1859 G$1 MS66 NGC. CAC. This is a highly lustrous and richly frosted blond-gold dollar, an ideal Type Three representative and scarce at the assigned Premium Gem grade. Only a few trivial, light marks argue against and even finer grade. Both the sharp strike and unclashed, coruscated fields contribute to the strong eye appeal and appropriate CAC endorsement. Census: 5 in 66, 3 finer. CAC: 5 in 66, 4 finer (1/20).(Registry values: N2998)
