1868 G$1 MS65 PCGS. The 1868 is a scarce issue due to a low mintage of 10,500 pieces. MS65 examples such as the present offering are rare. Yellow-gold surfaces display semiprooflike fields that yield mild contrast with the frosty, sharply struck design elements. Both sides have been well cared for.
