1870-S MS 62 PCGS. A popular mintmarked gold dollar, and the final year for a mintmark in this series. This is a sharply struck piece with complete knot detail at the bottom of the wreath. The fields have a faint shimmer of reflectivity and there are no obvious or distracting blemishes. Colorfully toned in variegated golden-orange and ice-blue hues.Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 25D7, PCGS# 7570, GSID# 8087)
