Lustrous 1874 Gem Gold Dollar
1874 G$1 MS65 NGC. The brassy-gold surfaces of this Gem gold dollar display a satiny finish with pleasing luster. The design elements are for the most part well struck, though portions of the hair are soft, and just a couple of letters in LIBERTY show, as is typical for this issue. Nicely preserved. The reverse is rotated a few degrees counterclockwise.(Registry values: N1793)Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 25DC, PCGS# 7575, GSID# 8037)
