Description
1889 MS 63 Light Scratches. This piece would be a superb gem were it not for some faint scratches on the obverse, which resemble light hairlines and that are actually quite unobtrusive. Most collectors will find this to be a very desirable and attractive example of this low mintage, last year of issue.
