    Description

PCGS 1852-C MS 63. A typical example of this scarce Charlotte gold issue. The strike is characteristically soft, and there is evidence of foreign matter adhering to the reverse die around the LA of DOLLAR. Still, there is a very low population of certified examples as only three MS 63s, (and four higher), have been graded by PCGS. (NGC ID# 25BR, PCGS# 7518)

    Weight: 1.67 grams

    Metal: 90% Gold, 10% Copper
