Description
PCGS 1868 MS 64. A stunning full cameo prooflike obverse with a glittering prooflike reverse. Light scattered marks prevent a higher grade for this scarcer issue. From an original mintage of 10,500. One of only 4 pieces to receive this grade from PCGS (12/92) with only 8 higher. A very pleasing coin with good eye-appeal.
