Charles II 1/2 Crown 1672 AU Details (Environmental Damage) NGC, KM438.1, S-3367. Fourth bust. V. QVARTO edge. Defying the usual soft strike for the type, this piece from a key date in the series is emblazoned with rather sharp details and a glossy silver patina. This is our first time handling a specimen from 1672.From the Naim Margulis Collection of British Coinage
