Charles II gold Pattern Broad of 20 Shillings 1662 AU55 NGC, KM-Pn32, S-3337A, N-2780 (Rare). By Thomas Simon. An ever popular type from the beginning of the Stuart restoration, with a small mintage and therefore collectable in any grade. The present Broad Pattern retains wholly original surfaces with accents of an amber tone to the crevices, making it a candidate for both advanced and quality minded collectors.From the Naim Margulis Collection of British Coinage
