Elizabeth I (1558-1603) cast silver Pattern Penny 1601 VF25 NGC, KM-PnA1, Peck-3a. Although there is moderate wear there is no significant damage or holes that often accompany these seldom-seen Tudor Pattern Penny types. This piece is quite satisfying to view in hand as the argent silver of the devices are punctuated by the charcoal toning blanketing the lower lying fields.Metal: Silver
