George III Countermarked Dollar 1797, KM655, oval countermark with portrait of George III upon 8 Reales of Mexico 1789 of Charles IV. The host coin is Very Fine, the counterstamp is Extremely Fine. The host coin has been cleaned and is now beginning to retone. Popular type.
