George V Proof 1/2 Crown 1932 PR65 NGC, KM835, S-4037. The Standard Catalog of British Coins notes "Proofs of other dates from 1927 also exist, but are extremely rare as they were for V.I.P. issue." This well-kept offering is just such a rare example, clearly Proof from its razor-sharp strike, raised rims, and watery, reflective fields, while sheathed in a balanced silver patina.
