Description

Henry VIII Testoon ND (1544-47) VF30 NGC, Tower mint, third coinage, pellet in annulet mm, S-2365, North-1841 (R). An appealing example of this rare issue, struck on a slightly squarish planchet bearing lovely olive-gray tone with golden highlights. Despite the crudeness of the production, all major details of the portrait are clear and the majority of the module is on-flan.
