Victoria bronzed Proof Penny 1839 PR66 PCGS, KM739a, S-3948. A stunning example from Victoria's coronation Proof set, its dominant planchet color one of a sleek chocolate brown; however, when tilted in the light it yields an abundance of iridescent colors. Blazing magenta tone punctuated by spears of rich cobalt flooding the fields, a red-gold haze residing in the centers, Victoria's portrait picked out in an ethereal blue glow. Tied for the finest certified by NGC or PCGS, and surely unmatched for visual appeal.Metal: Bronze Plated Copper
