Description
Victoria gold Sovereign 1839 MS62 PCGS, KM736.1, S-3852, Marsh-23 (R2). The extremely rare second-year issue of Victoria's encompassing Sovereign series. It is a testament to the conditional rarity of the date that, of around four dozen certified between NGC and PCGS combined, only a handful grades finer than the present piece, each by only one or two points. Shimmering luster and crisp detail confirm PCGS's impressive grade designation, while the overall technical merits and sound eye appeal of the specimen firmly place it near the top of the surviving population.Metal: Gold
Diameter: 22.05mm
Weight: 7.9881g
