Victoria Plain Edge Gothic Crown 1847, S-3883, PF64 NGC, plain edge, Medal die axis. This coin has the deep blue tone typically seen on this type. The tone is caused by the storage in the 19th century boxes. When you get the time, just study the intricacies of the queen's dress, and admire the hand of the engraver Wyon.
