Description

Henry VII (1485-1509) gold Angel ND (1505-1509) MS62 NGC, Tower mint, pheon mm, S-2187, N-1698. 5.26gm. A type whose popularity has seen a dramatic rise in recent years, especially when located in decidedly Mint State preservations. Featuring astoundingly well-centered and struck up devices, all characteristics somewhat atypical of this early series, further embellished by an aurous patination. Only a handful of these elusive Angels approach Choice designations, making this a top-tier candidate for the early British gold collector.

Metal: Gold
