Description

James II Shilling 1686 MS62 PCGS, KM451.1, S-451, ESC-1070. G/A in "MAG". Incompletely struck, as is often the case with the coinage of James II, though displaying a level of quality and preservation that is clearly Mint State. The reverse, gorgeously toned, exhibits iridescent bright blue tone around the legends, with a reddening of color in the center resulting in a color contrast yielding true aesthetic delight.
From the Poulos Family Collection

Metal: Silver
Diameter: 25mm
