Lifetime issue of Miletus, ca. 325-323 BC. Head of Heracles right,
wearing lion skin headdress, paws tied before neck / AΛEΞANΔPOY,
Zeus seated left on backless throne, left leg drawn back, feet on
stool, eagle in right hand, scepter in left; HΔ monogram in left
field. Price 2090. Tied for finest certified with a star
designation. Well-centered and strong strike from crisp fresh dies
on a bright delicately toned flan.
