Description

1878-CC $1 MS62 Uncertified. This Carson City Morgan Dollar is government-packaged in a shrink wrap plastic holder along with a plastic GSA token, and is accompanied by the blue envelope and certificate of GSA issue. The piece is Uncirculated, however, the GSA in their infinite wisdom processed many toned pieces (such as the present coin) as if they were circulated. A well struck example with generous blushes of peach patina across the obverse. A mark on the chin limits the grade.(#7080) (Registry values: P4, N491)
