    Scarce GSA Issue

    1879-S $1 GSA MS67 PCGS. An 1879-S dollar is common everywhere except in a GSA holder, where it is seldom encountered. As of (5/15), PCGS has certified a total of only five GSA examples, with the present dollar as the finest by three grades. It is a delicately toned and fully struck Superb Gem that offers potent luster and a smooth cheek. No box or certificates are included.
