    Description

Sextet of Early Coppers including Mules, KM-A21 Centime of 1830, both with a backside showing the expected AN 27, and a second with clear AN 28. Both might be VF but the mule has a weak backside center. Also from AN 28 dies on one side are obverses with 1831 and 1832. The standard issue is bold EF with some verdigris, while the later mule is Fine/ full VF. To complete this remarkable and unusual Quintet of Centimes is the 1832 paired with the correct AN 29 backside. Note that of the five, three feature the AN 28 designation while showing the conversion to 1830 & 1831 &1832; this precludes the possibility that the AN "year" was changed annually on the actual independence day celebration. A final part of this special package is a 2 Centimes with muled years shown of both AN26 and 1830; this KM-A22 piece is just Fine.
