Description

1793 B-1 in High Grade

1793 XF 40 Corroded. B-1, C-1, High R.3. This specimen is uniformly corroded, although none of the pits are individually severe. On the obverse, the characters of the date and LIBERTY are clear, and the head of Liberty is not unattractive. On the reverse, the centers are weak as usual. Were it not for the porosity, this coin would be a sale highlight.
