1793 C-3 Half Cent, VG8 Details
Clear Legends
1793 1/2 C -- Rim Bumps, Scratched -- ANACS. VG8 Details. C-3,
B-3, R.3. This initial year half cent has clear legends and
well outlined devices. The dark gray fields lack corrosion and
contrast with medium brown high points. Rim dings are noted near
10:30 on the obverse and 6 o'clock on the reverse. The few faded
pinscratches are relatively inoffensive. Our EAC grade Good
