1794 1/2 C Normal Head, C-5a, B-3b, High R.4, Fine 12 ANACS. Manley Die State 1.0, the usual die state for this variety. Microscopic roughness appears on the chocolate-brown surfaces of this scarce half cent. A few small pits are noted inside the wreath on the reverse. Despite its shortcomings, this is a pleasing and highly collectible example. Our EAC grade VG7.Coin Index Numbers: (NGC ID# 2223, Variety PCGS# 35042, Base PCGS# 1003, Greysheet# 80847)
