Choice VF Cohen-6a 1795 Half Cent
1795 1/2 C Plain Edge VF35 PCGS. C-6a, B-6c, R.2. This thin planchet subvariety is struck on a cut-down Talbot, Allum & Lee cent token. The undertype is evident between 3 and 5 o'clock on the obverse and at 3 o'clock on the reverse. A medium brown example that has a couple of small rim bruises beneath the date and faded thin marks near the mouth and right wreath stem.
