1796 1/2 C With Pole--Corroded--ANACS. Fine 12 Details. C-2, B-2, High R.4. The 1796 is a key date that ranks high on the want lists of most early copper collectors. This darkly toned and consistently granular example has clear types, and all legends are bold except HALF. Examination with a loupe reveals a few pinscratches across the central reverse.
