Manley Die State 4.0. A fairly late die state with multiple obverse
die cracks and a swollen field near the cap. The medium brown
surfaces are smooth aside from a thin mark near the I in UNITED.
Well struck on the portrait and right borders while the left
margins are softly defined. Our EAC grade XF40. Census: 4 in 58, 1
